How does the free trial work?
You get full Pro access for 7 days at no charge. Your card is required to start but you won't be billed until day 8. Cancel any time before that and you'll never pay a thing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Do limits reset monthly?
Song imports and Anki exports reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Playlists and decks are lifetime caps — once you reach 3, you need to delete one or upgrade to create more.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Lingroove never stores your card details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your songs, decks, playlists, and progress are always yours — cancelling only downgrades your plan limits.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can switch billing frequency at any time via the billing portal. Stripe will prorate any remaining balance.
Are annual plans refundable?
Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support within 7 days of your annual renewal if you need a refund.
